MEMOplanner Medium helps create structure in everyday life by showing the day, time and planned activities in one clear place. It supports routines, reminders and checklists, notes and remote assistance, helping users feel more secure while giving families and support people more reassurance.

Get an overview of everyday life

Choose between a list view or a timeline where all or part of the day is displayed as illuminated dots that fade as time passes. This provides a simple overview of how much of the day has passed.

The calendar is divided into two separate areas, for example, school or work on one side and leisure activities on the other. It also shows whether it is morning, afternoon, evening or night, and the screen becomes more discreet at night. All functions can also be read aloud with speech synthesis for extra support.

Activities are clearly displayed with images and text, often linked to a checklist or note.

Reminders can be personalised recorded messages.

For recurring activities, users can create templates with images, time estimates and tasks, making it quick and easy to add them to the schedule.

Time support on your mobile phone

Users can install MEMOplanner Go on their own smartphones at no extra cost. This means that users can take their support with them even when they leave home. The MEMOplanner Go app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

CARY Base is a smart reminder clock with remote calendar scheduling for family and support workers.

Designed by Abilia for people who need extra help keeping track of the hours of the day, as well as the day’s events. With a fully customisable display, the day’s schedule can be shown on the screen, and spoken reminders can be received at desired times and family members or caregivers can also help keep the calendar up-to-date remotely.
