30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your HOMELife Technology purchase within the first 30 days of receiving your item, we will refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping).

To request a return, please email support@homelife.technology within 30 days of delivery and our team will assist you with the return process. All shipping costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. Original packaging is not required; however, it is your responsibility to ensure the product and all accessories are securely packaged so that they are not damaged in transit. We are unable to refund products that are damaged due to misuse, inadequate packaging, or transit damage. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.
