Shipping policy

HOMELife Technology uses Australia Post to fulfil most deliveries, except for certain large or specialised items which may require alternative freight arrangements.

Orders are dispatched from our Sydney locations, either our warehouse in North Parramatta NSW or our retail showroom in Hornsby NSW, depending on stock availability and operational requirements.

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout. Standard delivery typically arrives within approximately 2–6 business days after dispatch, and Express delivery within approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on destination. These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

We deliver to residential addresses, apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and remote locations where supported by the carrier.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched during business hours, excluding public holidays. Dispatch timeframes may vary during peak periods, promotional events, or due to operational constraints. Tracking information is provided once an order has been dispatched.

Click & Collect may be available from our North Parramatta warehouse or Hornsby retail showroom, subject to stock availability and operational scheduling. Orders are typically ready for collection within approximately two (2) hours during business hours. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.

Gift wrapping may be available as an optional service at checkout. All gift wrapping is completed by hand using generic colours and materials suitable for a wide range of occasions. Specific colours or themes cannot be guaranteed.

While we make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery and collection timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, stock availability, and operational limitations.
