Cancellation policy

Some products or services offered by HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd may be available through purchase options such as pre-orders, backorders, subscription-based arrangements (if offered), or authorised wholesale and reseller purchase arrangements where applicable.

If you have placed an order using a purchase option and wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at support@homelife.technology or by phone on (02) 7228 7211 during business hours.

Cancellation requests can only be accommodated prior to the order being processed, dispatched, or otherwise committed for fulfilment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, standard return and refund conditions apply in accordance with our Refund Policy and Warranty & Returns Policy.

For subscription-based purchase options (if offered), customers may manage, pause, or cancel future recurring orders in accordance with the subscription terms presented at checkout or via their customer account, subject to any minimum commitment periods, billing cycles, and processing cut-off times.

For authorised wholesale, reseller, or distributor orders, cancellation rights and order changes may be governed by separate commercial agreements in addition to this policy.

Where a cancellation is approved, any eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Processing times may vary depending on payment method and financial institution.

Availability of purchase options, cancellation eligibility, fulfilment timeframes, and acceptance of orders may vary depending on product type, supplier availability, operational requirements, and applicable commercial arrangements.
