I'm an OT & have been trialling the moonbuddy with some clients who are really liking it & finding it helpful for calming & self regulating.

The tactile feedback from the tummy going in & out works so well for helping people slow their breathing & match to the moonbuddy.

It's really simple to use & select the different breathing rates. It makes a sort of a purring noise as it breathes in & out (which I imagine is from the little motor driving the movement). Some of my clients have said that it's the bear snoring & they like to stay quiet while they are using it so they don't wake the bear. Great product & very effective.
