Simply email us at support@homelife.technology within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll assist you with your return. Please note that ALL return shipping costs are borne by you, the customer. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, we're not worried about the packaging, so if you don't have that anymore, that's ok, just make sure you pack the product and all it's accessories safely so it won't be damaged in transit. We won't refund damaged products due to mistreatment or damage in transit. We’ll also need proof of purchase.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
