If you aren't satisfied with your HOMELife technology purchase within the first 30 days, we will refund the full purchase amount (excluding shipping).

Simply email us at support@homelife.technology within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll assist you with your return. Please note that ALL return shipping costs are borne by you, the customer. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of purchase and your item must be in its original new condition. Damaged or marked products can't be refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure the product and all accessories are packed carefully, so that they won't be damaged in transit. We can't refund damaged products due to mistreatment or damage in transit.

Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return can not be accepted. We also can't accept returns when you have previously returned a similar product.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
