Ethical Sourcing & Modern Slavery Awareness

HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd is committed to conducting its business responsibly and to making reasonable and best-efforts to source products in a manner that respects people, communities, and the environment.

HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd does not manufacture products directly and, in many cases, does not contract directly with factories. Instead, we purchase products from established brands, authorised distributors, and suppliers who maintain their own manufacturing and supply-chain relationships. Accordingly, our approach to ethical sourcing and modern slavery awareness is focused on responsible supplier selection, engagement, and review, rather than direct factory oversight.

We expect our suppliers and brand partners to operate in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations and, where relevant, in alignment with internationally recognised principles, including those of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. This includes expectations relating to lawful employment practices, workplace health and safety, and the prohibition of child labour.

HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd acknowledges that modern slavery and exploitative labour practices can occur within global supply chains. While we are not a reporting entity under the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), we recognise the importance of acting responsibly and proportionately in relation to these risks.

Where products originate from overseas or lower-wage economies, HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd seeks, where reasonably practicable, to engage with suppliers and brand partners who demonstrate awareness of ethical sourcing and responsible labour practices. Our due-diligence activities may include supplier discussions, review of publicly available policies or compliance documentation, and reliance on written assurances or representations provided by suppliers or brand partners.

Due to the indirect nature of many supply-chain relationships and the complexity of global manufacturing, HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd does not warrant or guarantee that unethical labour practices or modern slavery risks are absent from all upstream supply chains. However, we remain committed to acting responsibly within our sphere of influence, raising concerns where appropriate, and continuously improving our awareness and practices as our business evolves.

Supplier Code of Conduct

HOMELife Technology Pty Ltd expects its direct suppliers and brand partners to operate in a manner consistent with ethical business conduct and applicable labour, human rights, health and safety, and environmental laws. Suppliers are encouraged to take reasonable steps to promote these standards within their own supply chains. Compliance with these expectations is assessed on a best-efforts basis through ongoing supplier engagement and review.

This statement represents a voluntary, best-efforts commitment to ethical sourcing and modern slavery awareness and does not constitute a formal Modern Slavery Statement under the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth).
